MUMS Return Policy
We know shopping online can be tricky—especially during pregnancy and postpartum when your body is constantly changing.
That's why we proudly offer 30-Day Money-Back on regular-priced apparel return window.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Returned within 30 days of purchase

Unworn, unused, and in new condition

Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, lotions, food, pet hair, smoke, or strong odours (...you get the point!)

Returned with original tags attached and packaging (when applicable)
A good rule of thumb: if you wouldn't want to receive it in its current condition, we can't accept it back.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

All sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items (including BOGO offers)

Gift cards

Swimwear
-
Underwear and pantyhose

Postpartum products
-
Personal care and self-care items (including lotions, creams, beauty products, sprays, hair products, and hair accessories)

Custom, personalized, and special-order items
Helpful Tips

Try on and inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

Keep tags attached until you're sure you're keeping the item.

Avoid makeup, deodorant, lotions, self-tanner, strong odours, and pet hair while trying items on.
How to Start a Return

Review the eligibility requirements above.

Email us at info@mumsmaternity.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Ship your return within 30 days of the original purchase date (shipping label must be dated within the 30-day window).
Please note:

Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within one business day.
For your protection and ours, all returns are photographed and/or video recorded upon receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method the same day they're approved. Most refunds appear within 10 business days, though processing times may vary by financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact your bank or credit card provider first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Claims submitted after 48 hours but within 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot accept damage or defect claims:

After an item has been washed or laundered
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or style, simply return the eligible item and place a new order. Please allow up to 2 business days for returned merchandise to be added back into inventory.
